Guadiana River Cruise

Join us for a scenic river boat cruise, natural frontier between Portugal and Spain, sailing from Vila Real de Santo António, anchoring at the timeless village of Foz de Odeleite. After a relaxing swim, a delicious traditional Algarvian lunch, including local wine, will be served in the beautiful “Quinta do Rio” surrounded with natural beauty. Portuguese music and songs – voice and guitar by Carlos Cunha. Feel and participate the real Portuguese character. On our cruise back along the river Guadiana, enjoy the nature, relax on the top deck or have a refreshing break at the salon bar.

Starting point: Vila Real de Santo António (Cais da Fronteira) 

Included: Lunch: local bread, fresh cheese from the village, mountain vegetable soup (with special spices from “Quinta do Rio”), algarvian mixed salad, grilled chicken with or without our own piri-piri (our specialty), Steamed potatoes with natural salt, fruit of the season, mineral water, red and white local wine (at will)
