The Zrmanja and Krupa rivers are amongst the most beautiful rivers in Europe. Perfect clear warm water (well in summer time) and spectacular canyons with magnificent waterfalls, they are perfect for novice and experienced 'rafters.' The trip starts one hour away from Zadar in Kastel Zegarski where you will be taught how to paddle properly. The first hour is fairly easy enjoying the stunning scenery and gentle rapids. Weather permitting you will visit the Krupa waterfalls and swim beneath them. More waterfalls and and rapids wait for as you progress down the Zrmanja towards Muskovci where the trip ends. Here you can enjoy your own picnic or lunch in a nearby restaurant.
