Los Cristianos started off as only a small residential fishing village, and its developed into one of the most popular resorts in Tenerife. It's located slightly west of the southern airport and has an extremely popular harbor which offers fishing trips, pleasure cruises, outings on glass bottom boats, diving excursions and ferries to the neighboring island of La Gomera. Los Cristianos also has a very large main beach, and has lots of water sports on offer there. It also has a very popular promenade bordering it with many restaurants, bars & cafés. The best nearby attractions to the resort are Aqualand y Siam Park.
