Kos town - no surprise is the capital of Kos and in common with most capital cities is a hybrid of activity. There are heaps of bars, cafes, restaurants, shops, clubs, hotels etc. It's a really bustling place, busy with day locals tourists and day trippers from Bodrum, Turkey. There's also a half decent beach although most of the hotels do have pools. We would rate this suitable for young couples, singles, especially if you like Swedish girls but not so much a family destination.
