Qawra/Salina

Qawra - pronounced awra - is one of the most popular resorts of Malta and situated on the north-east of the island, next to it's close neighbour, Salina.

Salina is mostly known for its salt pans and the Salina Catacombs. The word salina means salt pans in Maltese.
