Before our doors opened a few years ago, our founders Ismael and René used what is now the outdoor patio to gather with friends. They started to share their passion for rustic, flavourful food with the public and we couldn't be happier. A few years later the patio is now home to one of the best restaurants in Betancuria, and it serves the most flavourful, unique urban rustic cuisine to locals and guests of the town alike. We take pride in serving consistently good food while utilising the variety of unique ingredients from our local community every season.
