IMBROS GORGE: The Imbros gorge runs parallel to
Samaria and it is the second longest gorge of the island. Although it is not so
well known as the famous gorge of Samaria, it is a true natural beauty and it
offers an easier hike, which will take to most of the hikers not more than 3
hours. At the end of the gorge, you will reach the small village of Komitades, where you will have some free time to explore at your own pace. After the bus will drive us to the beautiful beach near the fortress
of Frangokastello, where you will have time for swimming and refreshment at one
of the local taverns. This hike is suitable for children too.
