Our first stop will be at “The Cave Wine Bar” of Heliotopos Hotel at Imerovigli.
From a stable to a wine cellar and from a wine cellar to a bar, this natural cave has existed
carved into the lava for more than 400 years.
You can enjoy the cocktail of the day made of seasonal fruits, accompanied with delicious
assortments and views to the brightly illuminated Caldera.
Then, we will take you for a walk around alleys with beautiful views of the caldera in Fira to
reach the one and only molecular cocktail bar of the island “Momix”, where you will enjoy a
molecular cocktail with molecular foam and fruit’s caviar.
