Playa de Las Burras is a small beach to the north of the Playa del Ingles coast line, The beach is a ninth of the size of the Playa del Ingles and is slightly less urban and does not have such a dense shopping and restaurant area. The Playa de Las Burras is a beach with soft golden sand and clear blue waters, it's a great place to go swimming or to try snorkeling however the beach can get quite full mainly because Playa del Ingles is a large tourist area so that is expected anyway. The beach seems to be used by people mainly around the ages of 18-30, close by there is also a bus that can take you directly to Las Palmas. Overall the beach is a great family beach there is more than enough space for everyone and the current isn't normally too strong so is safe for children to paddle under a parents watch, you may find that the current is very strong on some days however and on rare occasions a red flag will come out warning you if it is unsafe. But all together this is a great beach and is a beautiful place to spend the day.
