7Mares Las Canteras is a scuba diving school placed in the middle between Playa de Las Canteras and the Port. This scuba diving team will take you under the water to see the most amazing tropical creature under the sea you will get to experience, there are diving sessions all through the week, one in the morning, afternoon and sometimes they also do night time dives. The team are so friendly and will help you get used to the feeling of the tanks and also the pressure under water, the two regular diving instructors Sergio and Montro are great at helping you calm down and relax your breathing so that there is no need to panic if you're nervous of the sea!
