The Auditorio de Tenerife is a beautiful white wave of an Auditorium, and resembles slightly of the Sydney Opera House. It’s situated next to the Atlantic Ocean in the southern part of Port of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, and is also regarded as the finest modern building in the Canary Islands. It was built by Spanish architect Santiago Calatrava, and construction began in 1997 and was completed in 2003.You can enjoy interesting tours of the Auditorium which takes you behind the scenes of this remarkable building , or just go and enjoy the café inside.
