Located on the islands Northern coast, Mandraki beach is one of the most famous 'off the beaten track' beaches that is where the locals tend to go to escape the tourist crowds. With golden sands, a quint driftwood beach bar this really is a beautiful beach to head to. Please note access to the beach is by dirt track, there is not tarmac road. If wishing to drive a rental car here, please ensure you have a suitable vehicle with adequate insurance. Access is also available by foot by catching the public bus to Bus stop 24 in Koukounaries, then walking the 2km (1.3 mile) hill side walking track to the beach
