Kalami

Situated on the North East Coast in a horse shoe bay you will find the resort of Kalami.  This resort is considered to be one of the most tranquil spots on the island.  The amphitheatric greenery accompanied with the Ionian Sea and the hillside villages make this an ideal setting for those looking for relaxation.

Kalami is also where you will also find  the "white house" where the Durrell family stayed in when they were in Corfu.  Today the house which is on the water front is a white washed Taverna offering great food and maybe a tale or two about the family.

Although the beach is a pebble shingle one, the crystal clear waters offer an ideal located for snorkeling and for the more energetic pedalos and canoes.
