Our chef, Juana a local of Tenerife, has over 25 years cooking experience delivering delicious varieties of Tapas and other homely dishes, while Damian has over 20 years experience in hospitality from London hotels to bars and restaurants around Europe, shakes and serves up drinks and cocktails with a smile and is also well known for his banter and cheeky and quirky personality.
