The Parque Natural de Corralejo is a great place to go and spend the day as you will be amazed by the beautiful views of the sand and the sea. The sand is golden and perfect for sunbathing under the scorching sun of Fuerteventura, and if you get too hot then you can go for a swim in the crystal clear blue water. The water can have some quite strong waves so is perfect for windsurfing and kitesurfing, however it also means you will need to keep a close eye on any children near the water because it's quite strong. There are lots of stands that sell food and drink, but they can be very expensive so maybe bring a packed lunch for your day on the beach!
