Offering plenty of accommodation ranging from self-catering apartments to hotel complexes, St Paul's Bay is also popular for its varied nightlife and leisure options. The coastline here boasts beautiful open sea views, as well as a vista across to St Paul's Island - where according to legend, the ship said to have been carrying the apostle was wrecked.
The promenade here provides a long, though the easiest walk from St Pauls Bay all the way to Qawra Point, which offers views over Salina Bay. What is now a major tourist resort started out as a humble fishing village, which grew over the years.
